Not a huge amount of cycling since the end of June/start of July, sadly - despite the summer. First, busy at work; then my leave began and Maureen's parents arrived for a couple of great weeks in the UK; then a conference; then two weeks in Chicago. Hard life! No cycling in the US this year for a change, but lots of fast food...
Tonight, however, I had reason to cycle Ipswich-Shotley-Ipswich and the 20 miles pushed the odometer on my Condor road bike past 10,000 miles since I first rode it in January 2008.
